Longer Live Chat hours
Our support has been overrun those last couple of days by questions regarding the release of WotlK. As a result we are now extending Live Chat hours. Our english live support is now online for you 16 hours a day. We will gradually be extending this time to a 24h support 7 days a week – PERMANENTLY. This is the fastest way if you have questions or need our help. Multiple language support will of course also remain available! ;o)

We’d like to remind you that we are offering leveling up to level 80 now. So go go – our levelers are waiting for you!
Faster deliveries
After some adjustments for the new WoW Addon Wrath of the Lich King deliveries are now again faster. For maximum speed we advise to use “Trusted Trade” delivery on account. Face 2 face delivery might take longer and result in delivery times between 1-2 days.
