			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There may be various reasons why PayPal can‘t always provide the direct payment option for certain transactions.<br />
Reasons may be:</p>
<ol>
<li>Your credit balance in your PayPal account is always used first. If you have sufficient funds in your PayPal account, you will not be offered the direct debit option.</li>
<li>Your bank account has not yet been confirmed. For all important information about the account verification, please visit  https://www.paypal.com/accountverification/</li>
<li>You have reached/exceeded the maximum amount which can be payed by direct debit method in a certain time period.</li>
<li>There might be irregularities in the past which occured using the direct debit method:</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: left;">Your bank account data stored in PayPal are not correct and therefore PayPal received a debit from your bank account.</li>
<li>Your PayPal account has a negative credit balance.</li>
</ul>
<p>Please contact PayPal to solve the problem.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sometimes PayPal blocks a payment for several days which means it’s not transferred to our account yet. In the transaction details on your PayPal account you can read a message whichs shows when the payment is expected to arrive. This usually takes about a week.</p>
<p>If you don’t want to wait that long, you can make a new order with different payment method and we will refund the PayPal payment once it arrives on our account.</p>
