A typical problem of unexpected exceedingly successful MMORPGs are the extremely long queues and waiting times while logging in, which NCsoft in the meantime (for the most part) brought under control. A pity that they hesitated for so long before finally setting up new servers – the anger that stirred in the community is therefore quite understandable. But what could be a better advertisement for “Aion: The Tower of Eternity” than the fact that even this debacle hardly even discouraged a few gamers? Let’s hope that NCsoft does not rely solely on the radiant popularity of its game’s success, but also takes customer service into consideration. Because Aion is definitely more than “just” a hype!
